Andromeda Ocean Estates is pleased to announce two new home models now available to its residential customers. Designed by renowned architect Ronald Zürcher, the new models complete the line of ready-made options to suit all tastes and budgets.

Ronald Zürcher’s architecture has created distinctive spaces across Central America, Costa Rica in particular. Joining the Andromeda home design suite are the Atlas and Zeus models, which in addition to three existing models (Athens, Hera and Apollo) will be offered to clients purchasing within the Pedasí beachfront residential community.

With pared, clean lines and easy simplicity the Atlas extends over a total of 314 square meters (nearly 3400 square feet) of indoor and outdoor living space, with an open terrace and optional pool.
